Sharing notes with your team
FlyType share = Team notes for workspace members. There is no Apple Notes-style personal folder invite ACL.
Before you start
- Team membership on your FlyType account.
- Mac Notes or Hub Team notes.
Steps
- 1
On Mac, open the Team shared sidebar section (or publish via Share to team).
- 2
On Hub, use the Team notes surfaces your plan already provides.
- 3
Everyone on the team with access can see shared notes — there is no per-folder consumer invite.
Common mistakes
- For private personal notes, keep them in your private folders — do not publish to team.
- Full folder ACL / activity who-edited are out of scope for Apple Lift 1.0.
