Team plan basics
Invite teammates, SSO, shared dictionary, and team Mind/Notes.
Before you start
- Team subscription and admin role in Hub.
Steps

Hub → Team → Invite: enter email; teammate accepts from inbox link.

Assign seats — each seat gets Pro cloud dictation limits.

Optional SSO: admin configures OIDC in Hub → Team → SSO (see docs/SSO.md for secrets).

Team dictionary and snippets sync to all seat holders automatically.

Team Notes and Team Mind notebooks appear in clients when you are a member.

Insights → Team leaderboard shows words per member (privacy: admins only export CSV).
Common mistakes
- Remove a seat before deleting a user to avoid billing gaps.
- SSO users still need Device login once per new device.
