Before you start

Steps

Create a Mind notebook (Hub → Mind or any client).

Add sources: upload files, paste URLs/YouTube, or Save-to-Mind from voice/notes.

Chat with citations — answers stay grounded; tables/charts appear when useful.

Open Studio for briefings, flashcards, quizzes, audio/video overviews.

On Team: share notebooks with viewer/editor ACL or keep team-wide access.

Dictate anywhere → route notes into Mind with Voice→Mind preview.
Common mistakes
- NotebookLM is great for uploaded PDFs; FlyType adds voice-first capture and cross-app paste.
- Use restricted ACL when a notebook should not be visible to the whole team.
- Self brief/compose can cite Life notebook sources — same citation chips as Mind chat.
