Share Studio artifacts publicly

Create a read-only viewer link or iframe embed for briefings and study guides — with optional expiry.

Before you start

  • Hub account with a generated Studio artifact (Briefing, Study guide, FAQ, Action items, or Cinematic brief).
  • You own the notebook or have editor access.

Steps

  1. 1

Open Mind → notebook → Studio → select an artifact → Share.

  2. 2

Choose link expiry: 1 day, 7 days (default), 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year.

  3. 3

Click Create share link — FlyType stores a random token (not your notebook id).

  4. 4

Copy the viewer URL — recipients open /mind/share?token=… without signing in.

  5. 5

Optional: copy the iframe embed snippet for briefings; add ?embed=1 to hide Hub chrome inside your site.

  6. 6

Revoke access by waiting for expiry or creating a new share later — old tokens stop working after expires_at.

Common mistakes

  • Public viewers see artifact text only — notebook sources, chat history, and ACL are never exposed.
  • Telegram and Slack previews use Open Graph title/description from the share page.
  • Embeds work for briefing-class and cinematic brief artifacts; flashcards and audio stay link-only.
