Notebook tools in Studio
Manage the open notebook from Studio without mixing lifecycle actions into generate tiles — Analyze, Archive, and soft Document Pack / Scripts.
Before you start
- Signed in; open a Mind notebook workspace (Sources | Chat | Studio).
Steps

Open a notebook → Studio pane.

Above or beside generate tiles, use Notebook tools: Analyze… and Archive.

When Document Pack or Scripts lite soft flags are on, those rows appear; otherwise they stay hidden (soft honesty).

You can also open More in the workspace chrome for the full lifecycle menu (Move, Duplicate, Pin, Settings…).

Right-click a notebook card in the library for the same lifecycle verbs as the ⋮ menu.
Common mistakes
- Studio generate tiles stay NotebookLM-shaped — lifecycle is not a tile.
- Analyze suggests Briefing/Quiz highlights only; it never auto-generates.
- Deep links: ?analyze=1 opens Analyze; ?more=1 opens More; ?share=1 opens Share.
