Analyze notebook health
See Ready / Pending / Failed sources and suggested next actions without leaving the library.
Before you start
- Signed in; at least one notebook with sources.
Steps
- 1
Open Mind library → notebook card ⋮ → Analyze…
- 2
Review source totals and health (Ready, Pending, Failed).
- 3
Use suggested actions (reprocess failed sources, open notebook) when listed.
- 4
Close the sheet and fix sources in the 3-pane Sources panel if needed.
Common mistakes
- Analyze is a health snapshot — it does not start a new research job.
- Available on Hub and Mac; other clients follow via the same API.
