Mind library home guide

Find notebooks fast with All / Recent / Favorites, pin important work, and start from an empty library without getting lost.

Before you start

  • Signed in on Hub or a desktop/mobile Mind client.
  • Mind enabled on your plan (trial or Pro).

Steps

  1. 1

Open Hub → Mind (or the Mind tab in Mac, Windows, iOS, or Android) to land on the library grid of notebook cards.

  2. 2

Use All to browse everything; Recent sorts by last opened; Favorites shows pinned notebooks; Archived is the soft-hide shelf (not a folder).

  3. 3

Open the card menu → Pin / Unpin so a notebook stays in Favorites across devices.

  4. 4

Card meta shows source count, Studio artifact count, and relative activity (today / yesterday) so you can pick the right notebook at a glance.

  5. 5

New here? Empty library shows a short guide — Create notebook, then Add sources — or open with ?onboard=1 to jump into Add Sources.

  6. 6

Search and sort (name / recent / activity) filter the grid; Duplicate and Archive live on the card menu when you need cleanup.

  7. 7

Open a notebook to enter the 3-pane workspace: Sources | Chat | Studio (tabs on phone).

Common mistakes

  • Pin the notebook you open every morning — Favorites is the fastest path back.
  • Recent updates when you open a notebook workspace (last_opened_at), not only when you edit a source.
  • Need Help while uploading? Open Sources → Cloud index / duplicates article from the dedup panel.
