Text not inserting
Dictation finishes but nothing appears in the target app.
Steps

Mac: System Settings → Privacy → Accessibility → FlyType ON. Re-add if recently rebuilt app.

Settings → Paste method: try Accessibility vs Clipboard vs Auto.

Click the target text field before holding hotkey — focus matters.

Windows: run target app non-elevated or FlyType as admin for UIA.

Mobile: switch to FlyType keyboard; plain apps may block paste — copy from HUD manually.

Check HUD shows final text — if empty, see Microphone / cloud engine articles.
Common mistakes
- Virtual machines and RDP often block injection — paste manually.
- Electron apps sometimes need Clipboard paste method.
