Sync and outbox stuck
Notes, Mind capture, or settings not uploading — clear the outbox.
Steps

Confirm internet and signed-in status (Settings → Account).

Look for outbox banner on Notes or Mind — shows pending captures count.

Tap Sync now (Settings) or pull-to-refresh on Notes list.

Mind Save-to-Mind queue: wait 30 s — worker retries with backoff.

If conflict banner appears, open note → Reload from server before editing again.
- 6
Last resort: copy local note text, sign out, sign in, paste into new note.
Common mistakes
- Airplane mode edits are safe — they upload when online.
- Team notes need team membership — 403 errors mean ask admin for access.
