Send dictation history or captures into a notebook source.
Before you start
- Signed in, notebook exists.
Steps

After dictation: History → Send to Mind → pick notebook.

Mobile widget / share sheet: Save to Mind queues offline if needed.

Outbox worker uploads when online — banner shows pending count.

Each save becomes a text source you can chat against in that notebook.

Auto-routing rules (Pro) can skip manual pick — see Mind routing settings.
Common mistakes
- FIFO queue — oldest capture uploads first.
- Team Mind notebooks appear when you are a member.
