Steps

    Record on Mac, Windows, iOS, or Android — or import WAV/M4A/MP3 in Hub.

  2. 2

    When Ready, rename speakers and ask questions on the Ask tab (Free).

  3. 3

    Pro unlocks more hours, system audio on desktop, and DOCX/PDF export — not speakers/Ask.

Common mistakes

  • Mind notebooks stay the research wedge after a meeting — that is a FlyType difference.
  • Hardware Note/NotePin and phone-call dual-mode stay out of Soft GA by design.
  • Recording Intelligence adds cite→span Evidence and Verified export — still software, not a hardware recorder.
  • Everyday thoughts and short voice notes belong in Notes (with transcript preview) — see /help/notes/vs-meetings.
