Sign in with your organization’s SSO
Use your organization’s sign-in provider when it is available on the FlyType Hub login page.
Before you start
- Your organization has a FlyType Team subscription.
- An organization administrator has configured a supported identity provider.
Steps

Open the FlyType Hub sign-in page and choose your organization’s available SSO provider.

Complete sign-in with your work account; your email must satisfy the organization’s allowed-domain policy when one is configured.

After the provider returns you to FlyType, confirm that the Team area shows your expected organization.

Use Device login separately when signing in to a new Mac, Windows, iOS, or Android client.
Common mistakes
- No SSO button means the provider is not configured or is temporarily unavailable; sign in with your normal FlyType account or contact your administrator.
- FlyType never asks members to enter an organization’s OIDC client secret. Administrators configure provider credentials outside the member login flow.
- Use your organization’s MFA policy at the identity provider, especially for Team administrators.
