• 已登录 Mac、Windows 或 Hub 仪表盘。

步骤

   Mac/Windows: open Notes, Mind, Meetings, Insights, or Self — a thin horizontal bar appears at the top (toggle in settings: nav_rail_enabled).

   Hub: desktop dashboard shows the same pill bar directly under the header.

   Hub Meetings: Record in browser (mic) or drag-drop import — both block top-bar navigation until upload finishes.

   Click another section — FlyType flushes the current section first (Notes title/body, Self bio).

   Mind: unsent chat text is stashed per notebook and restored when you return.

   Meetings: navigation is blocked while recording or importing — stop or wait for upload first.

   Toggle icons-only in Settings (Mac/Windows/Hub) or with the compact button on the bar.
