Before you start
- Signed in; file under the server size limit (50 MB).
Steps

Hub → Meetings: drag a file onto the import zone, or choose a file.
- 2
Native clients: Import audio… (Windows) or share/open into Meetings (mobile).
- 3
Wait for upload → processing → Ready with speakers and summary.
Common mistakes
- Import counts toward the same monthly minutes as live recording.
- Unsupported formats are rejected before upload.
