Click the FlyType icon in the menu bar (right). The first line shows your hotkey and engine mode.

Status menu submenus: Account ▸ · Dictation ▸ · Sections ▸ · Tools ▸ · Settings ▸ · Help ▸ · Quit.

Sections ▸ — Home, then Workspace (Notes, Mind, Meetings), then Personal (Insights, Voice, Self).

Tools ▸ — Dictionary ⌘2, Snippets ⌘3, Clipboard, Recent Activity ⌘4, Compose ⌘7, Graph ⌘8, offline model, Workflows.

Top menubar roots: FlyType · Edit · Navigate · Window · Help. Navigate merges dictation, sections, tools, and settings.

All section links use save-on-switch (Notes autosave; Meetings blocked while recording) — same path as the navigation rail.

Shortcuts: ⌘1 Main, ⌘5 Notes, ⌘6 Self, ⌘9 Meetings, ⌘0 Voice, ⌘, Settings. Default dictation: hold fn.

After app updates run ./scripts/install-mac-local.sh to refresh /Applications/FlyType.app.
CommandMenus: Mind ⇧⌘M (notebook), ⇧⌘U (sources), Meetings ⇧⌘R (start recording).
Menu-bar-only workflow: Settings → General → hide Dock icon.
