¿Dónde está mi grabación? (Dictado, Voz, Reuniones, Mind)

Pasos

  1. 1

Dictation — hold the hotkey to paste text into the focused app. Not a meeting archive; result lives in the target document (and optionally History).

  2. 2

Voice Library — personal archive of short/medium dictations with playback and transcript versions. Best on Mac; Hub shows synced text (cloud audio optional).

  3. 3

Meetings — long recordings or imported dictaphone files become a protocol: speakers, summary, Ask with timestamps, actions. Free includes diarization and Ask.

  4. 4

Mind — upload audio/video (or URL) into a notebook as a research source. Chat cites the source; timestamps look like [mm:ss] in the transcript body.

  5. 5

Evidence (Recording Intelligence) — when enabled, summaries and Ask answers can point to exact transcript spans, and a signed manifest can verify the revision even after audio retention expires.

  6. 6

Search tip — Mind and Memory search find notebook sources. Meeting transcripts become searchable in Memory after Save to Mind today; unified Meetings/Voice search is rolling out behind flags.

Errores frecuentes

  • Import from any dictaphone (WAV/M4A/MP3) → Meetings Import, not Dictation.
  • Need research Q&A across files → Mind. Need a meeting protocol with speakers → Meetings.
  • Speakers and Ask on your own meeting stay Free — never a Pro lock.
